Fort Museum NWMPThe Fort Museum of the Northwest Mounted Police is a tourist attraction built in Fort Macleod, AB to celebrate the rich history of the region and to replicate the feel of the very first NWMP Fort built on an island near the present town site. Enjoy exhibits curated from over 8,000 artifacts telling the stories of the First Nations people, the early history of the Northwest Mounted Police, and the settlement of the region.
