Museum of the HighwoodThe Museum of the Highwood continues to recover from  the devatating fire in the former CPR Station in downtown High River that occured on July 28, 2010. Since the fire, the cleaning and restoration of artifacts and archival materials has been a top priority. The museum has continued to operate since that time with research services, special events, outreach programs, and exhibits.

In January 2012, the museum will be returning to the beautifully restored station. In May 2012, the museum will officially reopen to the public with all-new exhibitions and programming.
